Shipping & Customs Disclaimer

For international orders, all shipments are sent under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms unless otherwise stated.

This means the recipient (importer of record) is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance requirements imposed by the destination country.

Please note that orders containing multiple units of the same product (typically larger quantity orders, e.g. 5 units and above) may be subject to additional customs review and could be treated as commercial shipments by customs authorities. In such cases, customs may request additional documentation or formal import clearance procedures before release.

Any customs delays, clearance requirements, or import documentation requests are handled by the destination country’s customs authority and are outside of our control.

We are unable to guarantee customs classification or clearance outcomes in advance.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any import-related charges and procedures required by local customs authorities.



Pre-Orders

Ordering of products will only occur after pre-orders are collected. 

After placing your pre-order, orders will take 1.5-2 months to be delivered to you. Please only place a preorder if you are comfortable with the following timeline:

  • Ordering & Production time: 22 - 30days
  • Shipping time: 9 - 15 working days

Ready Stock

Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping method: J&T Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days

Overseas Delivery Estimates

Shipping method: DDP (Shipments are fulfilled by NextSmartship, our fulfillment partner)

Estimated delivery time: 9-13 Business Days

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, we will contact you via email.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We will be shipping all products through the DPP (Delivered Duties Paid) method, meaning that all taxes are included in product and shipping costs.

However, do note that there be exceptions where DDP is not available to certain regions or addresses. We will contact you directly if that issue were to arise, to advise you further on payment of duties and taxes.

Non-Receipt of Orders

In the event that an order is marked as delivered but not received, the recipient is required to contact the local courier service to obtain written confirmation (via official document or email) stating that the shipment was misdelivered or lost.

This confirmation is mandatory, as courier services may reject investigations or claims without such proof. Claims submitted without the required documentation may not be processed.
