Damages and issues

If your Monchi arrives cracked or damaged in any way, send us a photo of it to heymonchi@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the delivery and we will issue a refund or send you a replacement on a case by case basis. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges of Monchi.

Shipping Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, a re-shipping fee of USD $5 will be required to resend the package. This fee must be paid before the item is shipped again.

We recommend double-checking your shipping details before placing your order to avoid delays or additional charges.
